Room not very clean and wrong password for wifi and the fan in toilets very loud and lasted 10 minutes after you came out of it so woke you up if anyone went to toilets

Very close to 5 stars, no spare bin bags and the heating thermostat reverted back to 19 deg each day so some instructions for the heating system in the information book would be good, great location, would be amazing in summer

The beach was just right for our grandchildren aged 5,8 and 11. We were only there for a few days and they didn't really want to go anywhere else. Wouldlove to go back

I was there for walking stage 1 of the Cleveland Way which is spectacular. I was not interested in visiting Filey itself.
