The home itself is nice and has plenty of space and amenities. The decibel reader is a little off-putting but I understand with VA laws being the way they are. Overall, it was a nice stay.」

「A very peaceful and beautiful getaway. Very secluded property with a lovely view of the river. Ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature. The house is well-stocked, very clean, and really cozy. The host is very thoughtful and even offered to drive me to various hiking spots. There is a very nice trail very close to the house if you don't feel like driving around a lot. I would plan to get groceries before arriving since the grocery store is a bit of a drive. Highly recommend!!」

「We are lifelong friends who get away together a few weekends a year to recharge, so we've rented a *lot* of houses. Serenity is one of the best - very quiet and peaceful location, excellent hot tub, well-stocked house in terms of kitchen as well as little touches here and there. The creek offers lots to do and watch (we saw beavers one evening!). We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and have already made reservations to come back again!」

「We have stayed here several times on spring break to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Is the perfect dock for hanging out with friends and family, and the teens love the pool table and their own space downstairs, the adults love the big table upstairs to play cards. Owners have updated the main bathroom and the basement since we stayed there last, which is really nice.」

「Our stay on Craig Creek was wonderful! The weather was incredibly windy so we couldn't do much on the creek and lost power due to the insane winds Saturday but it was so lovely to be outside and exploring the area right around the cabin. Mitch reported the outage for us and called us when the power was restored to ensure everything was ok. The porch bedroom was amazing as well! It was so nice to wake up with the creek and mountain view directly in front of you and we could see the stars at...

「Access for the lake was not good. Would have appreciated steps or, walkway or a railing. My husband is in heart failure an he only got to get in the boat once. Because of the climb. Because we could not use the awning it would have been nice to have an umbrella for the table. The house was beautiful, however it would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. There were no dishcloth to wash dishes as the rack in the dishwasher is broken. No trash bags. Hand soap in only the downstairs...
