"Sharon was an outstanding communicator! The home was as advertised. It would be a great help is she could put a note book in the home detailing how to use the shower and other amenities in the home. There was a discrepancy between all the high end equipment in the kitchen and the shower and lack of the basic necessities that were missing like tissues and the toilet paper that was like the tissue you put in packages. So bring your own or buy what you need in advance of staying. We arrived in 93 degree heat and it would have been nice if the host had turned on the air before our arrival to cool the home down. Inside it was 85 degrees. The AC into the bedrooms did not cool the rooms down no matter what we did. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink until day2 of our stay. We cooked every meal and it was difficult to find the equipment we needed even though the kitchen was so fancy....no condiments, old cooking oils etc. You will need to shop as we did to have a successful meal prep. Given that I was a Girl Scout, I made it all work and we were able to have a good stay. There are steep stairs into the garage and deep steps into the front door. But, we made it all work! The view is wonderful and it is comforting to watch the water and the boats go by!"

"Very new nice and cozy 2nd floor unit. i felt safe. Its about a 20 minute walk to the ferry and shore front park and less than 5 minute walk from the train station. Driveway parking is around the corner and no direct access to the back yard from the unit if you’re looking for a space to be outside."

"This is a very special property. The house is amazing and the property beyond amazing. The serene views from the decks and wonderful hot tub provide a calm, zen like atmosphere. The home has luxury finishes, large screen TVs throughout, a huge primary bedroom and multiple spacious living areas that are super comfortable. The primary bath is like a personal spa w a striking shower/steam shower. The home is extremely well equipped and our host was very gracious. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking forward to returning."
