Hotel was located right off the highway making local travel easier. The breakfast was always warm on time with a variety of breakfast foods to choose from, staff were very nice and friendly. The downside the hotel has not been updated our mattress was old, sagging in the middle and had a rip along the side. I was very disappointed in the condition of the rooms, pool and especially the mattress. I personally would not stay here again due to the condition of the beds and rooms this was more like a motel than a Hampton.

We couldn't access programming like Peacock or Apple TV (it was included in our stay at Hampton Inn Garden City). The rug in the room was stained and smelled. The elevator seemed to have some issues i.e. shaking and we had to push the "up" button to go down. The pool was smaller than it looked in the online photo and the water seemed a little cloudy. Front desk workers were good, parking was easy and the location was great.

The first room wasn’t very clean, it smelled moldy. At the time, I was having respiratory problems so it really affected me, but the staff changed my room immediately. That second room was super clean and had no issues whatsoever.
