"The location was good and the condo was pretty clean, but the lack of towels, the non working tv and the extremely low water pressure along with very limited hot water was a huge inconvenience. If these items improve the unit would definitely be a much better experience. "

"Tv room didn’t work, no hair dryer, no body wash soap, has a washer and dryer but no detergent for it. Fan lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Just poor on taking care of guests "

"Great high-end 1-bedroom apartment with small Juliet balcony, full pantry kitchen and washer/dryer in my unit. (Might depend on specific unit in the building). The condo building / hotel is great. Very pleasant experience. "

"We had such a great time ! Wanted to be in Miami for my birthday but didn’t want to stay on South Beach Pool area and gym was a must need for us Was able to layout by the pool all morning and relax. My only CON with the pool is that it’s covered with little no sun exposure I recommend sunbathing early in the morning as possible As for the rest of our stay the staff was amazing, our room was clean! Didn’t need anything extra I would stay here everytime ! "

"For my first time in Miami and the itinerary of things my friends and I were doing, this place was perfect for our weekend. It’s spacious, Chique and the views… well you can’t really beat them. Had some hiccups with check-in bur Anita was amazing at helping me asap with the property and checking in periodically throughout the stay. Also, the location is unbeatable… you can practically walk to everything and if you’re clubbing - an uber is cheap and quick from this spot. Would definitely stay...

"Property is in good location with great views.Check in was easy, but key fob is needed for from parking to enter the building door for an elevator and for elevator to go up to 30th floor. Fob was not given upon check in it is left in the room.Beds have two pillows each extra pillows will make it more comfortable."
