Das Ferienhaus liegt in dem kleinen Weiler Faistenau direkt am oberen Rand des bebauten Geländes direkt an Wald und Acker-Weideland. Vom Haud aus hat man nahezu unverbauten Blick auf die Gipfel von Breitenstein und Wendelstein aber auch in Richtung der Berge im Süden. Die Einrichtung des Hauses vereint in geschmackvoller Weise traditionelle und moderen Elemente und ist wirklich ruhig gelegen außerhalb jedes Touristentrubels. Will man doch einmal in den Trubel eintauchen, sind Schliersee und Tegernsee schnell zu erreichen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen und sogar Backen benötigt wird - als wäre man zu Hause; das ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Lediglich der in die Jahre gekommene Wechselrichter (Ventilator ?) der Photovoltaik-Anlage sorgt tagsüber für ein permanentes Hintergrundgeräusch; das aber durch die Türen gedämpft wird. Nachts ist es ruhig, weil die Anlage nichts zu tun hat. Das Umfeld ist so, dass alles gut erreichbar ist, was man zum Leben benötigt. Von der Gemeinde, die sehr auf "sanften Tourismus" ausgerichtet ist, werden viele interessante Urlaubsaktivitäten ermöglicht oder angeboten. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber bzw. dessen-deren Vater war komplikationslos und es wurde uns immer schnell und umfassend geholfen - sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend! Alles in allem ein Urlaubserlebnis nach unserem Geschmack (wir waren zu zwei Ehepaaren dort), das wir gerne wiederholen!

Top Ferienwohnung

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in dieser sehr schönen großen Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Empfang durch Vermieter. Hätte das Wetter auch besser mitgespielt, wäre es noch schöner gewesen, aber wir haben trotz Regentagen einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Urlaub von der ersten Minute an !!!

Ein super tolles Haus, in dem wir uns von der ersten Minute an wohl gefühlt haben und unseren Urlaub voll genießen konnten. Eine tolle Lage, tolle Einrichtung und die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!

Sehr ordentlich,sauber. Hat uns gut gefallen. Sehr grosszügig die Wohnung. Beschattung und Verdunkelung der Schlafräume ist der einzige Kritikpunkt.
