“The initial staff that was there at check in was amazing. Such great costumer service and so friendly. The staff that followed her shift was nice as well. The 2 desk staff that followed those shifts were just on their phones their entire shifts trying to hide them quickly when people walked by and weren’t as friendly or helpful. The hotel was under renovation so it wasn’t a pretty site but we were upgraded to a drive up room without asking free of charge which was nice. We found breakfast to……

“Very nice, modern, and clean hotel. Unfortunately, it was quite overcrowded during our stay due to kids attending hockey tournaments. There was a lot of noise with kids running up and down the stairs and in the hallways. Despite that, we still slept okay, but it wasn’t the most relaxing experience. I would consider staying again, especially during the summer when it may be quieter.””

“We stayed at the Forth Lock the night before an early morning flight. The B&B is close to the airport and the Resturant is a great place to eat. The rooms are efficient and being able to have a nice dinner in the same building is a great feature. I can see us booking the whole "house" if we were doing something in Halifax.”

“An issue with our original room was resolved promptly and graciously by the manager on duty. We were moved to a spacious room with a lovely view. Breakfast was good and it was good to see they have gluten free options by request. This was a return visit for us and we will make this our regular home away from home when in Halifax.”
