「Very clean, lovely front porch to sit out and enjoy the evening after a very active day (riding in the 62 mile Rooster Run bicycle event. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen. Convenient location to main part of town. One heads up is there are no herbs/spices in the kitchen, but that is a minor thing. I highly recommend this cute cottage.」

「The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.」

「We really loved our stay here! We caught multiple fish at Koosharem reservoir, Fish Lake & Otter creek! Enjoyed the beautiful views and incredible ATV trails right from the cabin. Especially, loved sitting out on the deck after a long day fishing or exploring by ATV and watching the many hummingbirds that visit the feeder. Perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life ! 」

「Property was actually better than advertised and our group of 22 enjoyed their stay. Good central location to Fish Lake, Otter Creek, Monroe Mountain, and Capitol Reef NP. I would stay there again. 」

「We loved this place. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and totally enjoyed our stay. Please note some suggestions:Shower floor in downstairs bathroom was extremely slippery. My husband fell in it one evening. He’s okay. Also upstairs bathroom faucet leaks. Please replace kitchen knives with better ones. Hard cut meat. Also add steak knives. Thanks so much for our stay. We will do it again next year」

「Look no further and book this place! Brand new, super clean, prime location, and barely costs more than a hotel. SO worth it!!! Melanie was a perfect host—communicative, responsive, and even accommodated a late check out! Their furnishing and everything is very thought through with everything you need and even black out curtains. 「We had the perfect stay in Lyman! This getaway is super clean & comfortable. It’s also so quiet, we slept like babies after long days of hiking. Don’t hesitate to book this getaway. We loved the country feel. Just gather some groceries in Torry or Loa and enjoy the sunset. 」
