"Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. "The only good was the location, only 1 minute walk and you are on the beach and 3 minutes in the center of old town and restaurants. All the rest was not good! The bathroom was very old and like broken, the room generally and bathroom was very dirty, specially the floor. The breakfast was like 3 options and 2 tables to sit in the reception small tiny aeria. "The address and the location of the hotel in the Expedia system are incorrect. We were looking for the hotel for 1 hour in the extreme heat but still couldn’t find it. The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. Finally, we found the correct hotel information on another booking website."
