"Clean, sunny, and quiet room. Breakfast was good. Hotel in excellent location. Staff showed us to our room but failed to mention the hotel has a library/lounge and outdoor garden which we didn’t discover until the day we were checking out. Aside from that, everything was perfect and would stay there again."

"The room was very clean, however I did not book an accessible room and that’s what was given to us. We booked an ocean view junior suite regular room. So it would have been nice to get a regular room that I booked. Also, at 6 in the morning we could hear staff prepping for the morning so it was hard to continue to sleep given how loud it was. Other than that, the service was great, the room was clean and the view was great."

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
