“Stayed at the ruby apartment. Was hesitant to stay as there wasn’t many reviews but it was local to where I was working so thought it give it a try. Arrived at the apartment block fairly late but clear clear instructions before my arrival made it easy to gain access to my apartment. Key was in a key safe by the front door. First impressions was very surprising. Apartment was very clean. Bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. Front room/ kitchen was also a good size.Private bathroom……

“It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs.”

“Meadow Terrace is in a great location in Shrewsbury. A parking space is available for the duration of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here.”

“Excellent facilities, very clean and great to have off road parking. The stairs are steep and a bit of a challenge. Perhaps there should be a warning included in the house description. “A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. ”

Minor issue to take care of otherwise a nice stay!
"A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it out for improvement in the future."
