“In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. “First time staying in a holiday park cabin and it was a lovely experience. The booking was done last minute and I was able to upgrade without any hassle. The staff were absolutely lovely, the grounds were well lit, the cabin was warm, good bedding, clean, practicle and stocked with the necessary items for a comfortable stay. I had a lovely rest and would certainly stay again. Highly recommend, incredibly friendly and supportive staff, it was a wonderful first time cabin experience.”
