"The location of the property suited us well because of the proximity to the beach. Very clean linen and comfortable bed. The general cleanliness of the unit let it down. The floor was very dirty and under the bed had obviously not been looked at for some time. Otherwise, good service."

"We enjoyed our short stay at Studio 22 with our Scottish Terrier boy. The location is very close to the beach and parking is on the street.The room with kitchenette and bathroom is all we needed as two adults with a dog. It was a tidy room with just a few cobwebs.Just one thing in the room or bathroom ..."
