“Excellent staff and room ”

“La atención de Cristina fue excelente, desde el seguimiento en WhatsApp, abrir el portón del estacionamiento en cuanto llegamos, amabilidad, etc. Habitación renovada recientemente, muy limpia y amplia. Regadera grande, lo que agradecemos quienes venimos del continente Americano. Muy cerca del embarcadero Caronte, si vas a cruzar el Estrecho ”

“Beautiful property in a stunning location. This was the last 2 night stop of our 11 night tour of Sicily, and easily the best. Hosts are charming, nothing is too much trouble, and it felt as though we were leaving two new friends at the end of our stay!”

“Very welcoming and friendly staff, the owner Diego want above and beyond expectations, offered to pick me up from the train station and gave me good advice on what to see in Milazzo. Free breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well maintained, the private bathroom for my room was outside in the hall but felt very secure. Would definitely stay here again, close to restaurants/shops/port. ”

“Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.”

“Great location with helpful staff. Air conditioning was not very cool even when on the highest setting which wasn’t an issue for us in March. However, I don’t think it would be very pleasant sleeping there during the hot summer months without better AC. ”

“The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. ”

“The folks who work here are the best- friendly and helpful without being hovering. I had a great stay over the holidays and was really charmed by the town and the location of the hotel- right across from the water where locals go to fish even in December! The view is amazing from my window and while I can see that the parking situation would be chaotic in peak time, since it is low season- it was not an issue. Highly recommend for a stay in Milazzo or as a home base for Sicily exploration! ”

“We booked last minute online and when we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm it was locked up and dark with no number to call. Thank you so much to Vishnu from Hotels.com who contacted the owner. She was a lovely woman who greeted us at the door and ensured we were given an upgraded balcony room facing the sea, given keys for the exterior door and showed us where we could eat dinner with apologies for not meeting us upon arrival. The room and breakfast area are filled with antiques from The families……

“Muy buena vista al mar. El personal muy amable ”

“L'hotesse est très accueillante et nous a tout expliqué parfaitement. Mais la chambre avait vue sur la route et la voie ferrée, donc c'est bruyant. Le petit dejeuner est sympa mais il se prend à la patisserie/salon de thé située 100 m. plus loin. Il se compose d'une boisson et d'une viennoiserie.”
