The location is great…so close/very walkable to the beach (and the crosswalk & stairs to the beach) & to shops, restaurants, etc. Flagler Beach feels more like a close knit community, not touristy/commercial. Great ocean front view…we definitely enjoyed the balcony! The condo itself is so new & clean and had plenty of room & everything we needed! The owners/management were very helpful & quick to respond. “This place is a gem! It’s clean, cozy, pet friendly and in a great location. Paul is an exceptional host who goes and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and cared for. His suggestions for restaurants and activities were spot on. Our family of 3 and our 2 dogs had a wonderful stay. Flash, the resident hound is a sweetheart.
