Seashell Studio - Private Hot Tub, King Bed, Ocean View, Short Walk to the Beach

Cozy studio apartment, downstairs unit by the beach. Private Hot Tub! Just a couple minute walk to the beach! Wonderful neighborhood with quick access to Publix supermarket and other shops and restaurants. This apartment is located on the first floor of a two story house. Owners occupy the rest of the house.

The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. Butler Beach, where this house is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! St. Augustine city center, only 10 minutes north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern. There is a camera pointed at the driveway of the house as well as one on the owner's front door (not the guest entrance).

Very nice space. Clean and well maintained. I know it’s a studio. But it seems very open. The screened in patio gives you plenty of room to spread out! My favorite part was the hot tub! I would definitely recommend Seashell Studio and I would also love to stay there again!

Very small., but was cozy and cute. Never used kitchen, but had everything if we had wanted to. It was too cold to use beach, but looked very clean and pretty. The hot tub felt really good after a cold day outside. If it had been hotter outside, the screened in patio would have been nice to take advantage of. It was a perfect walk to beach

We were very pleased with out experience. At the time of our booking this was the most affordable option among those that had the best rating and we really enjoyed it. It was clean and the beach access could not be more convenient. Absolutely loved the private hot tub!

Affordable, right off the beach, private hot tub

This studio is in a nice beach neighborhood with a private hot tub and screen porch, very relaxing. Walked the beach every day, very convenient. Close to St. Augustine but secluded from traffic. Pictures are accurate.

Perfect Stay away from the St Augustine Craziness

Property was as described and the instructions were extremely clear on how to check in. We had everything we needed for our stay and the beach was a super short walk from the room. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but we will be back!

It was really nice. We were surprised that the porch was screened in as the pics did not show that - we loved the easy access coming & going & just short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean on both sides from the porch also! Hope to stay again!

Loved this place!

This rental was so nice and located in an area that benefited us (literally less than a 5 min walk from the beach and about a 15 min drive to the downtown area). The owners were a super nice couple and told us great restaurants to visit. We had a cozy private room with its own kitchenette, restroom, closet area, and refrigerator. They even have a Jacuzzis! I highly recommend this rental!
