“Great stay, close to everything! House was in tip top shape and was fully stocked.”

The owner was quick to respond the couple of times I contacted him. The property management team was great when we met them. We had no problems. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. “Different living levels were well stocked & spacious with a huge tv both levels. The full fence was a huge bonus with our pup. Nice relaxed neighborhood, Quiet friendly neighbors. The view from the rooftop space was even better that the pictures! Watching the sun rise over the water every morning was incredible! There’s even a 1/2 bath up there No glitches from start to finish. Good communication by text.”

“This house has a great layout to accommodate a family. We had our children, ages 16, 17, 21 & their friend age 20, and my husband & I and the space was great. The beds were all comfortable, my son even slept on the pull out sofa sleeper all week & no issues. Everything was clean & updated. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The backyard is an absolute dream & because of that there were days we didn’t even leave the property. We never heard the neighbors once. It’s……

“The house sits at a fantastic location. The Halifax river for sunsets to one side and the ocean for sunrises sits on the other side of the road where the house is located. Walk to a Publix or to Bruno’s pizza at the Publix mall. Other little stores in the mall as well. Stop lights to cross over A1A is quite helpful and Dunkin’ close by for your caffeine fix. In my opinion the house is perfect. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home.”

“This place had everything we needed for an amazing week in Florida. We shared it with my sister’s family. (4 adults, 5 kids ages 7-17, and 2 dogs). The canal was gorgeous and we loved the pool and whole ambiance of the outdoor space. Thai was our second stay in one of David and Pattie’s places and we plan to rent again from the same hosts next year!”

“This house worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 4 children as each family had their own bedroom and privacy. Having 2 kitchens and living space was especially nice for early morning risers! The pool and hot spa were amazing and so nice to have when not at the beach, which was also so conveniently in short walking distance. The sunrises from the deck or kitchen windows were beautiful and having coffee on the deck watching the sunrise was very peaceful and a great way to start the day.……

“This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground……

“Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions.”
