Beautiful 3,000sqft Home Perfect For Your Mountain Getaway!

Life above 7000 feet never felt this good. This is the perfect home for your vacation as it will comfortably accommodate large or multiple families. Close to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, and The Arizona Snowbowl, as well as beautiful hiking, mountain biking, fishing, parks, and delicious local restaurants. We love Flagstaff and are excited to share our rental with you!
About our property:
We have a 3000sq ft home located in the popular Flagstaff neighborhood of Ponderosa Trails. 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in our two-story home as well as 2 large living areas, a beautifully appointed kitchen, and a landscaped backyard with custom large patio for BBQing. Family room has large sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and 55in smart tv. Kitchen has stainless steal appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked for cooking at home. The backyard has a grilling deck off the back sliding door, with large lower patio with patio furniture and gas firepit. The back yard also has a grassy area and sand box for the kiddos.

This home had plentyi of room for our 14 family members. Plenty of space. GREAT fireplace. I talked to owner and she was very nice and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay again.

Gem in Flagstaff! Great for families

We had an awesome stay at this home in Flagstaff! The neighborhood was wonderful - very walkable and beautiful. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host Stephanie was highly responsive and was quickly in touch if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again! Also, our little kids LOVED the swings and sandbox in the backyard.

Nice weekend getaway

Great property and everything came stocked; from toiletries to spices. We love the space and how clean it was. Enough space for kids to run around and the backyard was definitely a plus.Some of us are light sleepers so at night we heard the heater and pipes in the middle of the night. But the comfortable bed made up for it. We wouldnt mind staying here again.

Flagstaff Retreat

Stephanie's home was the perfect setting for our family retreat! We were a large group of 8 adults and 10 children. The kids loved the bunkroom and there were extra mattresses for a few more to join in! We had plenty of eating areas as well, which is hard to find for a group of our size! We had everything we needed in stephome to enjoy our stay in flagstaff.

Winter family trip

This house was perfect for an out large family. Grandparents, kids and grandkids. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, parking, and dining space. Check I. Was easy, the pictures and description was just what it was. No surprises. Everything went great. We did the snow park that was 10 mins away. Went to Williams and did the canyon coaster. And plenty of food options in flagstaff just mins away.

10 happy kids

Three other families along with mine rented this beautiful home for an extended weekend in the snow. Between us we had 10 kids and the house felt perfect. There are 2 gas fireplaces that really warmed up the rooms. Four of the kids were under 2 so being able to close the French doors to the stairs was so nice in keeping them contained. The master closet fit a pack n play and contained 3 temperpedic mattresses that could be moved around the bedrooms to accommodate all the kids. They have a high chair as well as one really stable pack n play on top of the extra mattresses. There were plenty of towels, dishes, utensils. You do need to bring plastic wrap, tin foil, papertowels, and dishwasher pods as they supply a few but not enough for a large group (totally understandable). There are 2 coffee pots, we brought a grinder for beans. The driveway/ garage fit all 4 cars nicely and was shoveled off for us. The kids had so much fun playing in the snow in the front yard and sledding down the side yard which was fenced in. The neighborhood was really nice to walk around with stroller friendly sidewalks. We would stay here again.

Nice comfortable place to stay at

We went for a family vacation to explore a new beautiful area. The place we stayed was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, which was perfect for us because we were tired at the end of each day that we were able to rest throughout the night. We noticed the kitchen faucet leaked a lot because it was hard to close it, the grill was super dirty, and the extra foam mattress for floor sleeping was dirty that we had to put several layers of bed sheets/blankets before using, and the freezer door handle was about to fall off, we opened it by grabbing the entire door sides and avoid it falling off. These are minor things that can be fixed quickly. Communication with the host (Stephanie) was great and efficient. There’s a cleaning fee but we were asked to do wash the kitchen towels, strip the beds, and take the trash out that I felt like we did most of the cleaning. We found out of this till we arrived to the house. I’ve stayed in other places where we were not asked to do anything because the cleaning fee covered it. We were forced (no options to decline) to pay insurance fee, not sure if it’s refundable, but I hope it’s used to fix the minor cosmetic repairs if it’s not refundable. Over all it was a nice comfy place to stay.
