Come enjoy our home with your family!

The FARMHOUSE on Adrianne is a gorgeous completely renovated home of over 3300 square feet with an additional 1300 usable exterior square feet of patio areas looking upon beautiful Mount Elden. The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your children and pets and because we are in a cul-de-sac there is very little traffic. People love to use our home because of the quiet and relaxing nature of our neighborhood where you can unwind with family & friends. We DO NOT allow loud parties or events.

If you are looking for a comfortable luxurious place to be your base while exploring the vast legendary area of Northern Arizona or you just wish to relax with a cold drink on the patio's, this home is ideal for you.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths (all bathrooms are completely remodeled as of November 2021), this home sleeps 8 (4 couples) comfortably with your own bedrooms. In November 2017, we added 6 custom bunk beds in the loft area with 4 school lockers for the kids to keep their clothes and 3 large bean bag chairs. This area is quite the hit with the kids and for extra adults. In May of 2018, we added three additional outside patio areas, one with artificial turf, for your outdoor relaxing and family gatherings. In September of 2022, the front yard had an amazing facelift!
The master bedroom has a king Tempur-Pedic® bed and all other bedrooms have upgraded queen size beds.

Located in the middle of town and at the base of Mount Elden, our house is in a cul-de-sac and is 30 seconds to the hundreds of hiking trails on Mount Elden. You'll find yourself delightfully cool in the summer as our elevation in Flagstaff is 7000 feet. Fun activities include Flagstaff's amazing hiking & biking as well as skiing and snowboarding at the AZ Snowbowl, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon with prestigious hiking, site seeing and shopping, as well as shopping, & dining in Downtown Flagstaff. NAU (Northern AZ University) is close for those who want to tour the University, Bearizona & Out-Of-Africa are less than an hour away and great fun for adults and kids. Believe it or not, Arizona has very good wineries just 45 minutes away and Flagstaff is known for some of the best beer breweries around. Lake Powell and Rainbow Bridge is a must see and The Grand Canyon is one of the 7 wonders of the World. Stay once and you will understand why it's a wonderful family getaway with many options.

We had a total of 11 of us stay, we take our girls every year to see Santa on the polar express. 7 adults and 4 kids. My kids loved the loft. We never ran out of things to do! Everything was beautiful and everyone was comfortable. We loved the fireplace and how it was decorated for the holidays. Would definitely stay again!

We cant wait to come back! Wow. We truly had such a wonderful experience while staying at Jeff, Velvet and Breana’s place. They are intentional about making every part of their home welcoming and cozy for their guests, leaving no details out…and their home is gorgeous! This was a perfect space for our family of 4, plus two small frenchies. They even had doggie bowls and beds for them! We loved the trailhead that is across the street (in the cul de sac) that takes you out to several other trails, sitting in the spa at night, playing board games, watching the beautiful blue jays fly around, and watch movies in the living room with a surround sound speaker that makes it feel like you’re in a movie theatre. The backyard is completely fenced in so there were no concerns that one of the pups would get out chasing a squirrel etc. kitchen is fully dialed in with every tool / supply kitchenware you would need. The owners were very communicative and friendly. Cant say enough about this property. Book it!

Simply put, this is a spectacular property. It is every bit as functional as it is beautiful. The design and craftsmanship throughout is inspiring. Our group absolutely loved everything about it. VERY well equipped for hosting a group of 8. The kids had their own area to be kids and the adults had multiple areas to be adults. Property Exceeds Expectations

The Farmhouse on Adrianne exceeded our expectations. I can honestly say that we have stayed in a number of VBRO rentals, and the Farmhouse ranks #1. Our stay was a family vacation for 8, including 2 small children and the house worked great. Information shared by the owners was outstanding, including things to do in and around Flagstaff. The Farmhouse on Adrianne's description on the VRBO site was exactly what we found, and would definitely stay there again, Love Flagstaff!!!

Great Flagstaff Getaway

We came to Flagstaff for the 4th of July and we are so happy we chose this home to stay. Great location, such a cozy vibe, and everything you could want and need. There was so much space. Easter weekend in flagstaff

We had a great time at this property. It was perfect for our family of 7 with room to accommodate several more comfortably. The location was great for local hikes and access to the Grand Canyon for a day trip. Communication from the hosts was great upon check in. We had no issues arise and enjoyed all parts of this house. Additionally the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Would stay here again if our travels bring us back to flagstaff.

Disappointing departure

My sisters and I celebrated our mom’s 93rd birthday at the farmhouse. Everything was wonderful until the morning of our last full day there. We awoke to frigid temperatures in the home at 59 degrees and could not get it to heat up. After communicating with the owner, I checked the WiFi and found that it had disconnected. After reconnecting, still no change other than 1 degree in 2 hours and I believe that was due to the fireplace. Considering it was 9am and we had been trying for several hours we decided to check out and get a couple of hotel rooms as I wanted to make sure my mom was taken care of. I informed the owner we would be out by 11:00 and inquired about a refund for that day. She later messaged me and said they had a service tech coming out between the hours of 1:00-4:00. I again, inquired about a refund for the day and was later told that the service man came out at 2:30 and said nothing was wrong, however, I was never told WHY the heater wouldn’t come on. Early on, I even provided a photo of the “holding” error message on the thermostat. For the inconvenience, I would have at least expected a partial refund. The house was freezing and there was no compassion for the situation at hand.

Hands down the nicest place we have stayed (and we have stayed everywhere!) Stunning but very comfortable. Every space was used to its fullest potential. Wowed by all of the fixtures, artwork, rugs, furniture but also felt right at home. Home was exactly as pictured. Superbly maintained and CLEAN! We could have easily housed 3 families (and will probably do just that on our next visit!) Everything that you could ever want/need in a home; including toiletries, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and alllll of the spices and dishes that you could ever wish for to name just a few, were there at our disposal which is a huge “plus” for those of us who traveled by plane and were anticipating having to buy all of the “basics.” Also- LOCATION! Such a perfect spot in a very nice, quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and birds. A few minutes from downtown, 30 minutes to SnowBowl, an hour to the Grand Canyon or Sedona. Just perfect. Can’t wait to make a trip back to Flagstaff! Also- communication was extraordinary. Very personal and easy to work with. Thank you Velvet and family for sharing your wonderful home with us!

North Pole Experience Group

The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday, very well appointed! The linen smelled very fresh and was very comfortable! We had an issue w cob webs in the bedrooms, one w a large spider attached to it. The Master on main floor was significantly colder than the rest of the house. We used the in home chef recommended by owners and that should be a must do! Very pretty property!
