This listing includes only the home located to the right of the garage and does not include the casita on the left. Please note that other guests may be staying in the casita during your stay. If you'd like to book both the home and the casita together, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist!

HOUSE RULES
There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
There is no smoking on the property.
Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

PETS
Pets are welcome, but must follow our "4 on the floor" rule (no pets on furniture or bedding).
Please clean up after your pet outside.
Only one small to medium-sized dog is allowed.
Vicious breeds are not permitted.

No other pets allowed without Manager approval.

SUPPLIES
We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests.
We also provide paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap.
Please note, we do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash.
Although there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.
