Overall a very nice property. A few nit picky things like pots were dirty when we got there, the single step exiting the kitchen was abnormally high and difficult for Grandma, the hot tub was a little green and some instructions on its controlls would have been nice since it was somehow switched to sleep mode and stayed at 94 for 2 days until we figured out how to turn off the sleep mode. We ended up buying a knife sharpener because the knives were so dull. Some Tupperware would have been nice, but we were able to pick some up at savers.My biggest complaint is the king bed, that's not in the master bedroom, was horribly uncomfortable. The mattress laid on a metal box spring who's rails were so thin and wide apart I found myself wedged between them by the morning. I slept on the couch after the first night. Loved the proximity to the park, the pool table and the ping pong table. Linens were clean and there were plenty of towels. We greatly appreciated having the washer and dryer and that we didn't have to buy our own detergent. We've had issues in other VRBOs where we were asked to do laundry when we left, but no detergent was provided. We also appreciated that there were spices for cooking. Overall a decent place, except for that bed
