「Ein Hochhaus direkt hinter der kleinen Parkanlage des Botanischen Gartens Nahe Nordbahnhof. Inneneinrichtung gekonnt renoviert im siebziger Jahre-Stil. Schöner Blick aus den hoch (+- 20. Stock) gelegenen Räumen über Brüssel. Nettes, gut frequentiertes Cafe im Erdgeschoss. Umgebung ist ok und ÖPNV-Anschluss super. Parkmöglichkeiten sind dagegen rar (und teuer).」
