Schönes Objekt in toller Lage Nähe See

Das Haus ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Der Gutshof ist herrlich. Der tolle See lädt zum Baden ein. Wer Entspannung und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. In der Umgebung gibt es leider weniger Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Ausgeschilderte Wanderwege haben wir auch nicht gefunden.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben fünf Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht und es war eine traumhafte Zeit. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen: sehr einsam und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in zehn Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus war sehr sauber - mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Besonders das Schwimmen im See hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen wieder!!!

Ferienhaus wie beschrieben, allerdings zweitweise ohne Leitungswasser

Das Ferienhaus entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Online-Beschreibung. Vorzüge: - bis auf wenige Hundehaare auf den Sofakissen sehr sauber vorgefunden. - Bezug des Ferienhauses nach Absprache mit der Agentur problemlos. - liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus - herrliche Lage. Blick von Anhöhe auf Gutshaus und See. Zum See gelangt man am Gutshaus vorbei. Badesteg mit ausleihbarem Kanu und Schwimmwesten an einem anderen Ferienhäuschen direkt am See. Möglichkeit zu Angeln ist gegeben. Weitere kleine vermietete Gebäude auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück. Lage Ideal zum Relaxen und "Nichtstun". - Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang vorhanden (nicht ausprobiert), kein Wifi/WLAN. - Küche gut ausgestattet (z.B. Kaffeemaschine. Elektroherd und Kühlschrank, aber kein Backofen und keine Teekanne vorhanden. - Matratzen im Schlafzimmer befriedigend. - Als Schlafgelegenheit für eine dritte Person dient ein modernes Sofa mit guter Liegequalität. - Kommunikation mit der Agentur hervorragend. (E-Mail und Mobil); sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Vermieterin/Eigentümerin ausgesprochen freundlich und bemüht. Nachteilig: - 1,5 Tage wegen Wassermangels (trockene Sommer) ohne Leitungswasser. Ersatzweise wurde Wasser in Kanistern kurzfristig gestellt. Von ausgiebigem Duschen rät der Vermieter daher grundsätzlich ab. - Handtücher, Bettbezüge und Bettlaken waren bei Ankunft aufgrund eines Missverständnisses nicht vorhanden, wurden aber nach Rücksprache mit der Agentur sehr schnell nachgereicht. - Für den Außenbereich ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen vorhanden; wegen defektem Zustand nur einer der Stühle vollumfänglich nutzbar. - Aus der Anzeige ist die genaue Lage des Ferienhauses auf dem Grundstück selbst nicht erkennbar. - nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Flen ca. 5 km entfernt, Entfernungen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Eskiltuna, Mariefred/Schloss Gripsholm) recht weit. Daher nur bedingt für Tagesausflüge geeignet.
