Depending on where you're coming from, your flight to Heho could be no sweat at all or it could go on forever. We've compiled some handy tips that will help you start your next big adventure on the right foot. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Flying can be a stress-free experience if you bring the right gear. First of all you'll need toiletry items, such as deodorant, toothpaste and a toothbrush, a fresh change of clothes and a good novel. Secondly, find room in your carry-on bag for your mobile phone, a charger, medications and maybe a proper neck pillow as well. Lastly, and most importantly, be sure to bring your passport, travel papers and your bank cards.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Put all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and hair gel in your checked baggage. Any liquids in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 millilitres) will be confiscated. Sharp objects, like a Swiss Army knife, and dangerous products which are explosive or flammable, such as flares, bleaching agents and fuels, are also prohibited.
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your main priority when deciding what to wear on board. Loose clothing is a smart choice, as are roomy, closed-toe shoes.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clot condition caused by prolonged periods of inactivity, can be a risk on long-haul flights. Try to walk around the cabin and stretch your legs or do some gentle exercises in your seat to promote better circulation.
