• A plane trip can be a stress-free experience if you've got all the right gear. • You're probably aware of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clotting condition caused by prolonged periods of sitting. To lower your risk on board, stay hydrated, consider wearing compression tights or socks and keep your legs and feet moving.
