“The apartment was really beautiful, great location and we had everything we needed. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that it was very noisy. The bedroom windows backed onto a small lane, where there were bin trucks collecting glass bottles from wheely bins all through the night. We didn't get much sleep and that was difficult with small kids. This was worse midweek, it started at 3 or 4am and continued until 7am. The sound was extremely loud, if it was just the noise of……

“The premises is dated and very basic but suited my last minute plans. Not the cleanest in terms of the shower room and very noisy as doors slamming in the tiny joint/communal room access area immediately outside my door awoke me. Don’t rely on the buses nearby as I waited almost an hour for a bus to the city centre and gave up in the end. No shops nearby. If you require any get it before you arrive. “There are 3 reason for the lower rating. The main one was the noise. The apartment overlooks the cavern which is surrounded by nightclubs. The room aren’t soundproof so you can hear all the music from the club/pubs up to closing (2am). This made it impossible to sleep until 2am. If you aren’t looking to go out late in Liverpool then this will be an issue. The second issue was there was no phone signal in the room - so I was unable to make mobile calls. Thirdly, the WiFi was very poor. The room……

“Ray was excellent, as he was very flexible on my arrival and departure and dealt with any issues in a very punctual and professional manner. Great location down town next to all the amenities in a cool converted warehouse.”
