This gorgeous 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, first floor apartment (without elevator) in the centre of Florence has everything you\'ll need to stay comfortably and safely.



The entire apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere. 




The space is clean and practical and accommodates comfortably up to 6 people, and comprises:

- a lovely living room ( with 1 double sofa bed
) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space.

- a spacious master bedroom with good storage space and double size bed

- a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together to form a second double bed (NOTE: the second single bed pulls out from below the one in the photos if you wonder)

- next to the master bedroom there is a very spacious family bathroom with a large shower .



The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat screen television, a Fibre Option WiFi connection

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso, ecc. plus the addition of a washing/ dryer machine.



The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it\'s ideal for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.

Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM

As we don\'t have a front desk please let us know a precise arrival time at least 24h before check in date.

Any late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Early and Late Check-In has an extra cost:

From 12 noon to 3pm: €10 ( €15 on weekends)

From 7pm to 8pm: €25

From 8pm to 10pm: €35

From 10pm to MIDNIGHT: €45

No check-in after MIDNIGHT, except for agreement made previously.
