Dear Ms. King;We were entitled to keep both nights stay due to the cancellation policy you accepted when you booked through a third party online. Please understand that despite us being empathetic to your situation, if not cancelled properly, the Hotel is still charged for your stay whether you come or not regardless of circumstance. Because of this, we felt it prudent to return one of your night's stay. We have updated our cancellation policy on our website and urge any reading this review to please understand the cancellation policies in effect for all businesses involved.
