「I stayed overnight for a leadership conference. My room was ready early so that was a plus. I had a balcony overlooking the pool with a river view, in which I witnessed an amazing sunrise. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of my shower. There was long dark hair on the shower wall where someone had shampooed their hair. This was an oversight by the cleaning crew so I have to knock off a star for that. The front desk staff was very nice and offered to send someone up to clean it. ...

「Flawless execution by the Gunrunner staff from beginning to end! The pre-arrival instructions were spot-on. Our room was clean and personalized for us when we arrived (they had left us a gift of wine and a card congratulating us for our wedding anniversary that we were there celebrating - nice touch!). We were staying in Florence to see some of the local sites and restaurants, but the highlight was the Gunrunner bar and many seating areas around the bar. We were able to listen to some live music...

「The room was very dirty. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. The air vent in the bathroom had 1/2 inch of dust and build up on it. There was hair all on the carpet. It you walked on the floor hair hung on your feet. There was hair on the counter in the bathroom and the night stand. The floor in the elevator and hall had something spilled and not cleaned up and it had been there so long it has turned black. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 」
