“We arrived at 6:15 PM for a 4PM check in, which we had confirmed prior. After a day of exploring the coast, we wanted nothing more than to shower and then have dinner. Too or dismay, our room was not ready. When I confirmed that our check in was 4 the response was .yes, but we are very busy. Not acceptable. Time in our oceanfront room was cut short. Room was decent, property could be cleaner. Elevator was dirty and floor was falling apart. Overall, not impressed with what could have been……

“Really nice hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious and I loved having a suite. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had an upstairs suite and it was perfect- it was surrounded by trees with a few of the river in the distance. I could keep the windows open and still maintain privacy while being blissfully quiet outside.
I stayed for 5 days and it was the perfect home base for my trip. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Florence.”

“My friends and I stayed there recently for a night. A few days later, I got a call from one of their staff letting me know that they found my debit card in a precarious spot and offered to return the card or cut it for me if I already got a new one. Spoiler alert: I didn’t even notice it was gone until I got their call. I check my bank account often and did not notice anything out of the ordinary so it never crossed my mind. “Clean room, beautiful view, pool and hot tub were fantastic, didn't use the wet or dry sauna but they looked amazing. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and they cooked omelets to your order and they cook them right in front of you. 10/10 recommend! Would definitely stay again!”
