The apartment is one of 3 located in a building on the left side of Santa Croce church, one of the most important sites of Florence, in the historical center.
It is at 2nd floor without elevator but it is easily accessible by 2 flights of stairs. It was totally renovated and refurnished in 2014.
The entrance opens into a spacious room divided into a living area with a sofa (bed), TV, HiFi audio system, books and DVDs, where to relax after a hard day of visit around the city; a modern kitchen area with a table for 4/6 people, fully equipped with all you need to cook. The washing machine is here, too.
From this room departs a corridor to the back where is located the bathroom with a spacious shower, a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed that can be closed to use this room as a studio, and the main bedroom with a king size bed.
All the rooms are air conditioned and heated autonomously.
A free wireless connection to the internet is available.

Great location, comfortable apartment.

We were very happy with this apartment. It was a short walk to all the popular tourist sites. There were dozens of restaurants within a two minute walk. We did not spend much time there awake as we were out early and home late almost every day. We did enjoy viewing the pictures we took on the television using the Google Chromecast. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Wonderful!

Great location, very clean, friendly and communication with the host was great. The place had everything you could need in the kitchen. Close to everything and delicious restaurant just downstairs!! Would recommend to anyone :)

Cool Retreat from the Heat

I arrived in Florence with a sprained ankle so mobility for the first half of my stay was limited. Being in a beautiful, comfortable (air-conditioned) apartment was a blessing. I was thrilled to discover that the highly-rated restaurant Baldovino and pastry shop Finisterrae were literally a hop from my front door.

Ciao Lorenzo We so enjoyed our two weeks in Florence & our stay in your comfortable, clean & well appointed appartment. We also really appreciated your friendly welcome, advice & suggestions & your help in securing a change of sheets & towels mid stay & a second key to cater for our particular needs. Thank you so much! 😊One suggestion for the appartment is to include an electric kettle. Also, the upstairs neighbours were sometimes very noisy at night. Overall, however, a very positive experience & the central location of your appartment makes it a highly recommended place to stay. Grazie mille e a presto, spero!

Nice week in Florence even with such a heat.

Magnificent apartment, very well located, at 1 minute from Sta. Croce church and 7 minutes to Piazza della Signoria. For us, the property provided us all the facilities we needed, specially the air conditionned. It was very clean and confortable as well as very quiet. We recommend this proporty to spend a special week in Florence. It's in harmony with the beautiful and unique city of Florence. Enjoy your stay.

Santa Croce apartment

OrThe apartment is newly remodeled in mostly IKEA decor. Very clean. Close to all of Firenze for walking on both sides of the Arno. The apartment is a walkup and very safe. There are good restaurants and shops nearby as is the old quarter with museums and architecture. We were able to cook several meals as well. We recommend this location for convenience and cleanliness and safety.

Outstanding apt, quiet but near all the important

Fantastic decor, kitchen and sleeping accommodations. Newly remodeled, clean and well maintained. My wife and I spent 2 weeks in this apt and it felt like home. Lorenzo was very attentive and accommodating. Ciao! and would recommend this property. We will be back to visit again.

Appena arrivati all'appartamento, Lorenzo ci ha accolto nella sua Firenze. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la sua casa è l'ideale per stare comodi, attrezzata con tutto il necessario per visitare questa fantastica città. L'appartamento è a praticamente a pochissimi metri da Santa Croce, dietro l'angolo in pratica. Posizione centralissima che ci ha permesso a piedi di in tutte le strade principali di Firenze, anche Oltrarno. Speriamo di ritornarci presto, grazie Lorenzo!
