住宿简介

Breathtaking view on Ponte Vecchio!

  • The Suite 1 apartment is located in a wonderful historical building dating back to seventeenth century located on the Lungarno Archibusieri, between Ponte Vecchio and The Uffizi Museum. The view from the panoramical windows, overlooking the Ponte Vecchio and the Vasarian corridor, will mesmerise you.
As will the location, perfect for starting your discovery of Florence from its very heart.
Newly renovated, the apartment has a surface of 48 squared meters and composes itself of a living room with American kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a modern bathroom.
The tasteful design of the interiors has been thought to respect the structure of the apartment, but also to offer its guest the most comfortable experience possible.
Thus in the apartment you will find a Satellite TV with DVD player, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine and ironing equipment, hair dryer, water boiler, dish washer, toaster and a fully equipped kitchen.
Of course, all linen and towels are included, as is a weekly cleaning service that will provide you with fresh linen and towels.
On request, extra cleaning can be arranged for our guests.

The location of this apartment can’t be beat. You are in the heart of the city but somehow the apartment stays very quiet at night. The host has great communication and it was nice to meet someone upon arrival to get all the details on the apartment and recommendations for the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to visit the beautiful city of Florence.

Love this property! Great location right by the Ponte Vecchio bridge and was quiet at night, despite being by a very busy location. Great communication with the owner and close to restaurants and historical locations. There was even a grocery store close by! Perfect place for 2 people!

We really enjoyed our stay, and the location could not be more central. The host communicated with me before our arrival and met us as soon as we arrived from the train station. It was very hot in the Italy during our stay, and we really enjoyed having the washing machine to do laundry during our trip. The TV is smart, and we were able to connect to our Netflix without any trouble. We had a great experience!

Ironically, we stayed in the unit right next-door last year. This was equally as fantastic. The location could not have been better. Everything was clean and well organized. Communication was a 10. We will certainly be back again and could not recommend this property enough.

Wonderful apartment, quiet yet so central. The washing machine was so helpful, building has an elevator, although there are a few steps to this apartment. Marusca and her assistant helped with luggage checking in and out, and got us a taxi to the train for the next part of our trip. We watched beautiful sunsets from the incredible view, enjoyed breakfast at home with groceries from the nearby Conad, which had everything we needed. This was our second time at this property and happy to return there!

Clean, comfortable & a perfect centralized location for shopping, sightseeing & restaurants. Marusca was a great, communicative host who provided a lovely champagne welcome gift & assisted in ordering taxi services for our early departure. Wished we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, view and the host was spectacular. We stayed in 3 vrbos across Italy and this one was by far our favorite. It was the cleanest and nicest setup for us.Walking out the front door of the building after stairs or elevator ride down to the lobby brought us within 1 minute of Ponte vecchio bridge and 30 seconds walk of a nice little cafe with good coffee and food that we went to every day. There was a few spare outlet converters which came in handy as we brought the wrong ones for the country.Note all the vrbos we stayed in only had a washing machine not a dryer so it’s just a big change from what we are used to in the US. She did supply a convenient drying rack though. Great stay.
