“A decent bnb with friendly staff. A bit far to the center.”

“It’s in a quiet but safe neighborhood. Surprised to find it’s Firenze University building next door.”

“The reception people seems polite, but actually they are not trying to solve any problem at all. They just tried everyway to find excuses and useless explanation. The room is old, but comfortable. Clean and warm.”

“Staying here was an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly! The coffee at breakfast was amazing!”

“Property was very nice. Had a problem with the plumbing in our room. We let the property know about this. I am new to all these properties with no staff and everything done online. One big problem we had that when we checked out, we left our bags to get later, which they have a nice locker area for this. When we came back to get our bags, I couldn’t access our code to get back in the building to get our bags. When we checked out on the app, all that info went away. My bad I guess for not saving……

Destaque para espaço do quarto.”

“Great place to stay good location”
