The apartment is located on the second floor of an ancient building with a lift, in a very central area of ​​the city of Florence.

Located in the Chiasso degli Armati, a characteristic street where you can breathe Renaissance Florence, the apartment is also very close to the Duomo, the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio.
Upon entering you are greeted by a small living room equipped with a kitchenette equipped with everything you need for cooking, including fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The apartment is completed by a large bathroom with shower and a lovely double bedroom with exposed beams. The accommodation has air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection.
If you want to spend a few days in Florence and feel an integral part of the city, this is definitely the right place! Coming from the Amerigo Vespucci airport, the T2 tram stops in piazza dell'Unità, one minute from the apartment.

Service limitation: The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.   
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
