Enjoyed our stay.

We travel to the coast each Christmas with our dog. The condo exceeded our expectations: Great location, clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and kitchen stocked. We look forward to staying there again next year.

Central location

Loved being able to step out and walk along old Florence. Only catch with this location is that it is pretty loud with all the night noises and the windows were difficult to close completely, so we could hear EVERYTHING. Apartment itself was very spacious, neat, and had everything we needed!

Great location, lots of room. We’ve stayed here before. Unfortunately, the hot water heater was having problems, and not having a local contact to resolve it was frustrating. Fortunately, my husband knew how to reset the heater (every day) in order to have hot water.

Spacious and comfortable

Spacious rental with comfortable beds and well-stocked kitchen if you want to cook. The space was very nice and clean except for a few stains on carpet from previous users. The washer and dryer were very convenient though the dryer vents into the laundry room and creates humidity and heat. Balcony is nice in the morning. Convenient parking and so close to Bag Street that walking was far easier than driving one block over. Great location and well kept.

Couple of issues to address, but a great place!

Great location! Well furnished! There are a few bird nests on the deck that should be addressed! They are messy! There is an ongoing safety issue with the hot water tank! The thermostat is not working, the water is scolding hot and trip’s breaker daily! We had no hot water when we arrived! Other than that it is a great place!

Great location needs some TLC

The location is perfect - walk everywhere from the bakery to the coffee shop then dinner and lunch- wow. Decor furniture is lovely and the bed comfy. Carpet needs attention and There are carpet tacks come though and sign when you enter says ‘remove shoes’ - nope. Deck is disgusting- we could not even enjoy it (pics if you want them). Garbage disposal not even hooked up and bucket with plunger sitting out in the guest bath.

Everything was great, but the outside garbage in the garage needed a code. We asked for the code and were told that the garbage was in the garage which we already knew. The interface communication between vrbo and vacasa wasn't seamless. Also issue with hot water and tank needed to be reset in order to have a hot shower. We would come back and recommend to friends.
