Welcome to Romantic House, an elegant apartment located in the historic and lively Piazza dei Ciompi, in the heart of Florence. This beautiful two-story duplex is ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to enjoy an authentic and comfortable experience in the cradle of the Renaissance.

Upon entering the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a bright and spacious open-concept area that houses the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, providing everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The living room features two comfortable armchairs.

The ground floor also houses one of the two bedrooms, furnished with a comfortable double bed and spacious closets for storing your personal belongings. Adjacent to the bedroom, you’ll find one of the two bathrooms—modern and functional—with a spacious shower, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Heading up to the second floor, you’ll discover a charming attic that houses the second bedroom. This cosy space, with exposed beams and an intimate atmosphere, features another double bed and offers the perfect spot for some peace and quiet. The attic level also houses the second bathroom, which is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area—essential during Florence’s hot summers—allowing you to return to a cool and relaxing environment after a day in the sun. In addition, the free, high-speed Wi-Fi will allow you to stay connected to the world, whether for work or leisure.

The apartment’s location is simply unbeatable. Piazza dei Ciompi is one of Florence’s most charming squares, with its distinctive antique market and a selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. Major tourist attractions, such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, and the Uffizi Gallery, are easily accessible on foot, allowing you to explore the city at your leisure.

We’re located in the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone); car access is permitted only to reach the car parks near the apartment. Florence Car Park Tintori, Garage City centre Firenze, and Parking in Florence are just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From the Florence airport, you can take a taxi, rent a car, or take a bus.

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor, accessible by lift.
