To name a few examples: Florence’s landmark, the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, the Bargello (one of Italy’s most important sculpture museums), the Casa Buonarroti (the former home of Michelangelo), and of course the magnificent Santa Croce church and museum.

If you want to make the most of being in the apartment, the Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio is close by, so you can stock up on fresh, local, typical ingredients.
