Reception closes at an early hour of 17:00 and there's no hotel parking. The recommended parking closes at 23:00 and street parking is either full or dangerous. We drove a Maserati and the looks from people made it feel extremely unsafe. The room is extremely beautiful, spacious and comfortable with the balcony is superb. Fix the parking situation then it may be closer to a 4 Star. Definitely not five.

We had a really lovely stay. The staff were super friendly and kind, which made a great first impression. Communication before check-in was well-intended and resposive, but as we were arriving late, we had to download an app to access the property. It worked fine, but wasn’t the most intuitive process - I’d have preferred a key, which was available when staff were around. The hotel itself is small, brand new, and absolutely spotless. The beds were really comfy, and as Expedia VIP guests, we were treated to a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch and very much enjoyed! We spent time by the pool, which felt quite exclusive and peaceful - a real bonus. The only slight downside was the air con, which seemed a bit weak. We didn’t really ask about it as we were out late most nights. It’s about a 20-minute walk into town, which we didn’t mind at all - nice to stretch the legs and explore a bit. All in all, a fab stay and we’d definitely come back.

Amazing time spent here. The rooms are huge ! And the sparkling wine was a very nice gesture. Bed is comfortable and continently located near the huge bathroom. No delays with checking in. Very close to the city center. Very friendly and welcoming front desk attendant! You will always find free parking on the street so don’t need to use the 35$ per night garage !

Beautiful room and comfortable bed. Clean. Nice pool area. There are no elevators but the stairs are not long. AC is not very strong but suffices. Area is full of hidden gems from bakeries to late night pizza. Parking can be a challenge but not more than other parts of the city. About a 20 min walk to the center and plenty of shops and restaurants along the way.

Personal muy amable. La propiedad es nueva y muy bonita. El Único problema que tuve fue el aire acondicionado, aunque es todo nuevo, la salida de aire se encuentra abajo de un escritorio y la habitación no enfría bien. Hace mucho calor.
