舒適的飯店
飯店離車站很近，整體非常乾淨舒適，接待人員也非常友善！早餐很好吃~~飯店樓下就有超市非常方便。唯一美中不足的是房間冷氣好像不夠涼，但整體來說是個很棒的住宿體驗。

酒店離火車站近，很方便。每日有新鮮水果供應
火車站出來過馬路轉彎就到了。提著大行李旅行者很方便。有個小小的兩層門的電梯不容易被看到，行李箱不要太寬就可以進得去。每天有新鮮水果供應這點很好。房間都在二樓，是個小旅館，服務算是很專業。比IBIS 房間大些。很方便舒適。洗手間很小，但是乾淨。淋浴房是兩墻共六個噴頭的，和頂上大噴頭，很別緻。習慣了也很好用，怕噴進耳朵的人可以用浴帽遮住耳朵。

鄰近火車站，購物觀光很方便，第一晩wifi有問題第二天才修好，酒店送了一支紅酒以表歉意，之後是情人節又送了一支香檳，感覺賺到了 唯一缺點就是廁所板有點鬆，還有廁所紙不應放在廁所刷上，感覺不衛生

Loved the location and the cleanliness of the property. The location made it very easy to drop off our luggage after arriving at the train station. Then we could walk all around to other sites, etc. My only issue with the location was the bed was a much harder bed than I was used to.

Excellent location in Florence. 5 minute walk from the train station and close to all the sites. Plenty of food options, and if you are really hard up there is a McDonalds on the corner. Quiet with great Wi-Fi.

Great rooms, just not much front desk service
Well, they have about a 2-hour window to check in, from 3 to 4:30, and to check out, from about 8:30 to 10:30, but if you can work that into your travels, the room was super comfortable, and actually had working air-conditioning, unlike the other 3 and 4 star hotels I booked during our Italian trip. On a busy street, but good soundproofing. As others have mentioned, the elevator is tiny, and can only fit one person with luggage at a time (not easily). If you can put up with the quirky check in and checkout, and the elevator, you can get a great room for a great price in a great location. Breakfast is OK.
