Not really an hotel, but has a perfect location

This is not really an hotel, it's a house with 6 bedrooms. The comfort is ok: you've a bed, a bathroom (the shower has no enclosing, the water goes to the floor), TV, A/C and wifi connectivity. Nothing fancy, but a good place to sleep at night. The location is great, right in the center of Florence and very close to a grocery store and the train station. There is no Free Parking. The street is busy and you can't park there and if you want them to park your car it will cost quite a lot. Just make sure you know it.

Très décevant

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la chambre était glaciale (février). Le chauffage n'avait pas été mis avant que nous arrivions. Nous avons demandé à augmenter la chauffage, le propriétaire nous a dit que si on ouvrait les fenêtres, ça n'allait pas chauffer. Merci du conseil! Evidemment que nous n'avions pas ouvert la fenêtre. Le lendemain, le propriétaire nous a dit que les pompiers l'avaient appelé dans la nuit pour un détecteur de fumée qui s'était déclenché. Il nous a rappelé avec beaucoup trop d'insistance que nous n'avions pas le droit de fumer dans la chambre, malgré le fait que nous lui avons affirmé que nous n'avions pas fumé, car nous ne fumons pas. Au niveau du confort, un point positif : une couette en plume. Sinon la salle de douche sent les égouts, et le rideau de douche colle à la peau quand on est sous la douche. Je suis assez tolérante sur les établissements, mais je déconseille fortement celui-là.

Ciao, io e la mia metà abbiamo passato un week end a firenze...Abbiamo alloggiato in questa bellissima residenza, ci siamo trovati bene in tutto...il posto attaccato al centro,la camera, il tipo simpatico della residenza che ci a consigliato su tutto quello che volevamo sapere, la cagnolina fenomenale che faceva la "guardia". Forse l'unica pecca è che di notte si sentono un po' troppo i rumori della strada, ma però con delle finestre antiche è normale....che però non cambierei perché altrimenti stonerebbe con il resto della camera stupenda. E poi ditemi dove trovate tutto perfetto al mondo. Grazie ancora ciao ciao

Chambre trop chère (150 € /nuit) pour qualité du service. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé, le 2ème jour pas de renouvellement de serviette ; juste à l'arrivée 1 petit savon et 2 échantillons douche, pas renouvellé le lendemain.....salle de bain petite, pas de tablette pour poser trousse toilette et à part le soir de notre arrivée, vu aucun personnel.........

Mycket centralt, trevligt mindre hotell

Kanonläge, nära stationen och gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter. nyrenoverat, fräscht och välstadat gjorde vår upplevelse angenäm. Prisvärt helt klart! kan upplevas att det är lite trafikerat utanför kanske, det är det enda negativa om man ska vara petig. ingen frukost serveras men i samma byggnad ligger det resturanger så det var inget problem. Snäll, svenskpratande personal! Rekommenderar detta verkligen.

What a nice surprise...

What a nice surprise to stumble across a place like this. The rooms were updated and extremely well kept and I can't say enough good things about how helpful the host was...there was no breakfast but there is an affordable and tasty cafe around the corner and the location was within walking distance to everything. Great value and a pleasant stay.

最悪のホテルだ

バスタオルが三枚のみ、連泊でタオル交換なし。コストがかかるからだというあきれた話。トイレットペーパーを請求したら部屋まで残量の確認に来た。今回の旅で、いくら安くてもこれではひどすぎる。 少し金を出してもここはやめたほうがよい。

trop cher pour ce service

Si vous recherchez un hotel proche des transports en commun le voici, situé à coté de la gare santa maria novella et de la gare routière, cet hotel est particulièrement bruyant, le service tres moyen situé dans une maison florentine il faudra monté au 2 etage pour profiter de votre chambre dont seul le plafond est grand. le wifi est toujours en panne malgré les "réparations" à répétition du gérant pendant les deux jours , le petit déjeuner est à l'italienne (pitoyable). les lits sont corrects et le kit douche est incomplet et n'a pas été renouvelé. la climatisation automatique n'est jamais constante.
