Full kitchen & washer for laundry were very convenient. Bowl of complimentary snacks were thoughtful. High ceilings, large windows, and overall rustic feel. Multi-step way to get into property & numerous doors difficult upon arrival.

amazing hotel. suitable for tourist. 5mins walk from firenze smn station and within 10mins walk to tourist spots. very friendly hosts. spacious room. had a comfortable stay, picture as it is. no breakfast but has a basket full of snacks. will definitely stay again

Check in was convenient and friendly. The building itself is old (beautiful), but this isn’t the St. Regis. It’s a converted apartment building with some “apartments” and some “rooms”. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for one night only. It was well equipped, full European style bathroom, kitchen with the necessities, a huge bedroom and a laundry area. It was more than we needed for the night, but the location was perfect and the cost extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend unless you need to be waited on left and right.

Excellent spacious apartment

Check in was only challenging because the hotel wanted passport identification and since we were checking in late they wanted it emailed or texted. Hotels.com blocks out the email addresses to keep the communication through their site which is a reasonable security measure. But the hotel was able to work with us and get us in when we arrived. The room was more spacious than I had imagined. It was very clean and the basket of goodies for breakfast was wonderful for us as we were just passing through. There was a washing machine and a full kitchen that we didn’t get to use, but will remember for future visits.

The location is great (besides the work on the street right in front of the property. Close distance for walking to and from train station and attractions and restaurants. They were working both inside and outside on the building with construction starting around 7:30am - very noisy.

Room was bright and sunny, bed was comfortable . Street is having work done and is hazardous with trying to access the hotel with luggage etc. I understand this is not within your control but it was very challenging and I almost fell a couple times

La habitación es más bien como un departamento con dos habitaciones , cocina con estufa , refrigerador , lavadora etc , lo cual no me esperaba , muy limpio . Muy bien ubicado cerca de la terminal de trenes , recorrimos caminado todo , lo único que puede mejorar es que después de las 7 pm no hay nadie en recepción y cualquier situación es complicado solucionarlo , nos pasó que no teníamos la llave para abrir la puerta de la calle y tuvimos que esperar largo rato para poder entrar .

The Novella House is a quaint, well-maintained accommodation that is close to little shops and restaurants. The Duomo and Santa Croce are each about a 20 minute walk from Novella House. Although it was 100° outside, the room actually somehow stayed cool. All of the staff members we encountered were helpful and kind. The comfort of the room exceeded expectations. This is a hidden gem!

Buena estancia y bien ubicado

Todo bien con la estancia, esta cerca de la estación del metro, tiene un elevador y los hosts son atentos, en mi caso llegue a la estancia despues de las 6:00pm y el acceso fue remoto, me dieron instrucciones claras de como entrar al edificio La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda, lo recomiendo.

Ekte Firenze-stemning rett ved Santa Maria Novella

Nydelig lite hotell i en beskjeden gate. Vakre og store rom med originale vegg- og takmalerier fra 1700-tallet. Helt stille om natten. Gode senger og fint bad med deilig dusj. Kaffemaskin og kurv med kjeks og kaker gratis på rommet. Også kjøleskap med gratis juice og vann. Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Anbefales!
