Oriuolo Prestige is a beautiful apartment for rent in Florence for 6 people located in a very central position near Piazza Santa Croce and Piazza del Duomo. The apartment consists of a large living area divided between the kitchen and a beautiful living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a complete bathroom with shower.

It is a very beautiful apartment full of style with many elements of excellent quality furniture that contribute to create a refined and elegant environment.

Location was ideal for us meeting with family member studying in Florence. Close to places we were interested in seeing. Breakfast locations within steps of this apartment. The main downside was the Dragonfly Bar was outside our window and VERY loud Wednesday night when we arrived and made it hard for us to sleep-even with the shutters and windows closed. Next night wasn’t as loud. Guess it’s a very popular bar. Enough space and beds. Washing machine was another reason we chose it. Price was good. It was clean. Enough hot water for us 4 women. Good water pressure, too. Shower drained slowly, but that was not a big problem. Wish it had a dryer since we kept the windows closed at night due to noise- clothes took longer to dry.

Cannot beat the location of the apartment. Within 15 minute walking distance of everything. The mattresses could be more comfortable but the rest of the apartment was great.

Perfect Location in the Heart of Florence!

This comfortable apartment was perfectly situated just steps from the Duomo, the Accademia Gallery (David), and close to fantastic restaurants and shopping. The support staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay; however, the washing machine was not working during visit. Everything else made for a very enjoyable stay!

Property is ok. It's old as you may expect. The photos make it look a bit newer. It wasn't as clean as we typically like. The bathroom is remodeled and very clean. Very hot water. There were no amenities in kitchen so we had to buy coffee, paper towels, etc. The clothes washer didn't work so we use a local coin laundry. The property manager offered to send someone to repair it but it wasn't convenient for us. Communication with property manager was very good and he was friendly to work with.

Great Vacation Spot in Florence

Staying at the Sant’ Ambrogio was everything my family and I could have asked for. The property manager went above and beyond with the checking in process, helping us with directions, staying on the phone with us, and even finding us parking. Without him, we would have been lost for hours. The actual apartment was perfect for our short stay. The air conditioning was great to have for the hot florence weather. The appliances in general were so great to have to keep our vacation care free. Overall, the stay was amazing!

Great Stay

What a wonderful place to stay on our trip to Florence. The location was wonderful and there was tons of space. It was a bit warm when we were there and appreciated the air conditioning. There is a great restaurant in the passage next to the apartment.

Really well located. Just blocks from the Duomo. Sergio was so helpful when we had questions. One night the neighborhood was quite loud, with people having a good time outside in the street. But there were places to eat and drink nearby as well as a couple small markets to buy food.

Cute apart. Great location. But once we paid city tax in cash, no response from mgr. No TP.

It's a little dated and cracked countertops in the kitchen. Living space good. No toilet paper and Mgr would not respond to any inquiries.
