The rooms are in an old palazzo - gorgeous frescos and furnishings in each room. Room #1 is especially spectacular. Location- 2 blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. Loved this palazzo!

Hotel was great, service was incredible - however, very disappointed that I paid for the junior 4 suite and was given a much cheaper room without being informed. I was not told that my room had been switched. Very disappointing as otherwise my experience would have been great.

This is a small boutique hotel 5 minutes walk from the ponte Vecchio bridge! The staff were so kind and gave us a map of the city and gave us information on great things to see and restaurants to try! The hotel was beautiful and the room was HUGE and property very clean! Our only issue was when typing in the name of the hotel on Google maps, it had our Uber drop us off at a historical sight a couple blocks away due to the two having the same name- this error is mostly our bad because we didn’t confirm the address before putting it in for the Uber but would have been a nice heads up!

The hotel was difficult to find. Located in a side alley space. To enter, you had to buzz to get in, then enter a dark, metal gated area, then walk a dimly lit area to locate an unmarked door which was a lift. There was a young woman who checked us in. We didn’t see anyone at the desk till days later when we checked out. Neither bed was comfortable, one being a pullout sleeper. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning. We would not stay there again.

The staff was amazing! Andrea, Anup and I can’t remember the dark haired girls name. Everyone was so kind and took great care of us! So warm and welcoming. It was a great area and so quiet at night. The only thing I would say is please add a dresser to room number 6. There is a wardrobe but a dresser with drawers is needed. Also, the hot water handle constantly leaked and pooled water around the handle. Other than that, amazing staff!!! GRAZIE!

THERE WERE NO ROOMS AT THE HOTEL

One of the worst experience with both Hotels.com/Expidia and Palazzo Guicciardini, and I still do not know who is responsible. I made my reservation through Hotels.com and had problems getting to the hotel, located in the city center, an area where you need hotel authorization to get by car (the hotel registers the car plates and give it to the police in order to avoid/cancel the fines). When I was close to the hotel, already in the center registered area, I called to confirm that there was no problem in getting with my car to the hotel and asked for the parking where I should leave my car for the night. The BIG SURPRISE was that the manager told me that they had no ROOMS. That there was an mistake and I need to find another hotel in Florence which is a difficult task on a SATURDAY AFTERNOON. The HOTEL manager said it was HOTELS.COM/EXPEDIA while they says it is the HOTEL PALAZZO GUICCIARDINI'S FAULT. I am sure I will get a refund but it was a BAD experience and difficult process to find a new hotel and specially get a refund through EXPEDIA, since in the Q/A option there is no option that says my reservation was not available and as part of the process you need to contact a representative which takes time. Now I hope there isn't the surprise of the tickets for entering to downtown Florence (ZTL area) with the car

Creo que tienen un área de oportunidad en cuanto a la presencia en la recepción. Era raro ver a alguien, aunque está el WhatsApp nunca será lo mismo que estar ahí atento a. El desayuno nada recomendable, es pan. Nada cliente. Yo lo cancelé pero es una realidad que es una ventaja enorme tener el desayuno incluido considerando que son espacios que reciben personas de todo el mundo con diferentes costumbres. Se entiende que en Italia no se acostumbre el desayuno pero al ser un hotel creo que es una buena área de oportunidad. El personal muy amigable y servicial. Los cuartos espectaculares!!! ❤️👌

Hospedagem frustrada

O hotel é bonito e exclusivo, com apenas 8 apartamentos, a suite onde ficamos é ampla e bem decorada, mas a manutenção deixa a desejar. Dormimos duas noites com cheiro de esgoto saindo pelo banheiro, que na chegada foi mascarado com muito desinfetante. O odor subia pelo ralo do chuveiro e tornava o ambiente insuportável. Abrimos as janelas para amenizar, mas estava bem frio. Isso causou uma péssima impressão no conjunto da hospedagem. O valor cobrado pelo estacionamento também não é claro. Tanto aqui no Expedia quanto no site no hotel consta €30,00 por noite e nos cobraram €40,00 com a justificativa do tamanho do veículo.
