Pearl of Florence was exactly as pictured. Although the description of close to the Duomo was stretching it a bit, the location was easy access to all the places that we wanted to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with them again.

Simply the BEST

I hesitate to give such a glowing review because I fear I will have trouble booking in the future. This apartment is amazing. Close to everything, historic and pristine. The design is perfect and just what you want from a Florence perspective. The kitchen is the most cook-worthy kitchen I've ever stayed with. The beds are so comfortable, plenty of storage and check in was flawless. The AC is AMAZING. As in AMERICAN AC. I'm a travel host and this is a HUGE thing. I will stay here again unless it's already booked. Beautiful property.

This apartment is stunning, spacious, and has great amenities. They've really done a wonderful job remodeling. The beds were pretty comfortable, tons of room, clothing storage and we loved having a washer and dryer which is unusual in Europe. The location was slightly north of the main areas - expect a 5 to 10 minute extra walk. It appeared safe and 15 minute walk from the train station which made it easy when we were coming in and out for our travels. The neighborhood looked a bit run down but totally safe. There's a great local market and cafe a block up the street which made mornings easy and grabbing something that we could keep in our kitchen. The only negative we would have comments for staying here was that the windows were very thin and you could hear quite a bit of the noise outside. It's not a congested neighborhood, but there is quite a bit of foot traffic down the cobble streets even late through the night. Bringing your plugs for the evening sleeps are suggested. It is on the first floor, so one flight of stairs to walk up. Extra bolt on the door for safety, which we felt good with but not necessarily required as the neighborhood did really seem safe. Check in and out was easy and we communicated through WhatsApp. We would stay here again.
