About the property
   Luxury Penthouse apartment (75 sqm) 80 steps to the top is located in Borgo Pinti 26 at Palazzo Bellini delle Stelle. Giambologna, who had housing, laboratories, workshops and school in this property.
Piazza Duomo, Giotto's Campanile, Museums, Typical Restaurants, Osterias, supermarket are all a short walking distance away.
Accommodation:
   Entrance hall and kitchen, large bathroom and doble bedroom, Altana 6 steps up to the master bedroom with amazing view of the Duomo, Giotto's bell tower and rooftops of Florence. 14 steps down to the double bathroom and laundry room
with full facilities.

* Smart T. V. in all the rooms, Free Wi-Fi, air conditioner.
* Kitchen: equipped with fridge, dishwasher, Oven, Induction cooker, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine and Moka machine.
* Bathroom: you will find hairdryer and hair straightener.
* Chromotherapy in the shower: the benefits of a full bath of color. Colors radiate light energy through vibrations which strongly influence both our body and emotions, thus, helping make our quality of life better.

Property was exactly like pictures. It has a view of Duomo. Great location within 10 minutes to all the sites. Host met us early to drop off bags. Bed was comfy. Washer/dryer and steam iron available. Great stay!

Best VRBO I've ever stayed in

WOW. What a place. The views of the Duomo are to die for, the sunset out the window was nearly as good as from Michelangelo Square! Worth noting there are 79 stairs to get to this unit, all inside but still something you want to consider with luggage. The AC worked very well, the showers were great and the laundry was as well. Super fun layout, super well appointed, worth every step! It's also steps from a very fun nightlife area yet still very quiet. The Duomo is about 7 minutes away and we walked to all our tours. Also the owners family owns a pizza place EAT THERE! Top 3 pizza's of my life, and my kids said the pasta was amazing as well. I have stayed in countless very nice VRBO's and this is one of the best. Owner is super responsive and helpful, book it, you wont regret it, even with the stairs!

Perfect Stay

Anna met us at the apartment and was so kind. She was available for anything we needed, including amazing restaurant recommendations. The apartment is centrally located and we walked everywhere. The apartment is well equipped and we were so impressed with the AC, as it was hot in Florence for our stay. It was amazing to have a shower with room! We’d been traveling Europe for two weeks and all of the showers were incredibly small so it was nice to have space. I loved that a the house had a blow dryer, curling iron, and straightener in the bathroom. We all packed in carry ons and didn’t have room for these things so it was great to get to take advantage of these amenities! Our family will absolutely we staying here again next time we are in Florence.

Great place in Florence

We loved almost everything about this property. Clean. Great location. Nicely furnished. Great communication. The only issue was the AC. There were two units one downstairs and one in the upstairs bedroom. Maybe the AC wasn't working correctly. Maybe it's because it was in the middle of a heat wave. Maybe all the heat rises in the upstairs bedroom. But sleeping upstairs was super hot. My wife had to go downstairs and sleep on the tile floor to cool off. I just sweated it out. Otherwise it was a great place.

Firenze Vacanza

The Penthouse delle Stelle is full of light, very comfortable, and extremely well-located in a quiet but accessible corner of Firenze. It was hot when we were there, but the AC worked beautifully. We will definitely chose the apartment for our next trip to Firenze!
