Very interesting small hotel. Gorgeous furnishing, lovely breakfast, friendly staff. In an excellent position. A little noisy at night and early morning when the bag market vendors below set up and dismantle their stalls. There is no lift so be prepared for stairs. I recommend this hotel.

We loved this property. The location is fabulous. Walking distance to so many attractions we wanted to see. Decor is unique and inviting. Breakfast was especially good. Would definitely recommend this property.

Room was clean, bed was queen size, the Location cannot be beat. The property is in the heart of the city with everything nearby. Wonderful view of the plaza below. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Air Conditioned. We highly recommend this location. Make sure you get a room facing the plaza.

There’s an Irish pub that young American tourists go to right underneath our room, and it’s quite common to hear orchestras playing in the center across from the hotel. Unless you plan on staying up till 2 am or are a deep sleeper I would choose another location if you need to do morning activities

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The view from the room, the location near the Uffizi and the Duomo, the decor, the staff & the breakfast were all amazing. Could not ask for a better experience in Florence.

Lage, Lage, Lage! Die ist wirklich unschlagbar! Ansonsten ist alles prima - Service bei checkin/Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht hervorragend. Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar, Bett recht weich, Badezimmer sehr klein, Duschbadewanne steht mitten im Zimmer und man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen - wahrscheinlich wegen er Klimaanlage. Für uns hat es trotzdem wirklich sehr gut gepasst - wir waren viel unterwegs. Gepäck kann man bei früher Anreise bzw späterer Abreise perfekt dort lassen.

A localização é fantástica, em frente à Piazza del Mercato Nuovo. Hotel não tem recepção 24 horas. É muito bem decorado e o quarto era espaçoso e confortável.
