They were very accommodating in terms of check in and luggage storage. The room was spacious and clean. Nice to have a minibar. Our room was street side so was quite noisy up until midnight.

Very traditional room and furniture. Loved the space and amenities. The provided breakfast was all we needed. Security was top notch. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was huge but too hard. The pillows need to be replaced also. Other than the bed and pillows, I would give it five stars for people who want the traditional experience.

Perfect stay in Florence

What a quaint bed and breakfast in a great location! After a quick walk from the train station we found ourselves in a wonderful oasis with Florentine charm. After a great night sleep in comfortable beds we enjoyed a tasty breakfast then set out for the best of Florence accessed at our doorstep. Would definitely recommend!!!

Lovely!

We had an incredible stay! The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast with made-to-order coffee is delicious. The room was lovely and comfortable. Plus, it has an elevator to make it easier to bring up suitcases. This place is so conveniently located! The only concern is that, because they don’t have a desk person after 7pm, sometimes other guests leave access doors open, which isn’t too safe.

nice and friendly staffs, small breakfast area but good variety with eggs, hams, breads, fruits etc. Rooms are vintage style, for me very good but may not suitable for some people.

The hotel told us they didn’t receive our reservation through Expedia, even though they did eventually found out that Expedia has sent the reservation into their email. We booked for five nights, and they only have one night available. The staff told us she was sorry about the situation, and we can drink the water in the mini bar for free. Then the next morning, another staff came over and charged quite a bit for the drinks. The room had a very high ceiling and the ac was barely working, it can’t cool off the room at all… It is a very dishonest place….. will never book it again.

Værelset var ekstremt lille og meget slidt Sengen var meget hård, kunne ikke sove på den Airconditionkasse stod på gulv ved siden af seng - larmede! Havde betalt for to nætter, men tjekkede ud efter den første.
