Great place! The host, Leo, was very accommodating and provided invaluable information. The restaurant right next door was wonderful and we dined there twice. Next time we'll stay twice as long in Florence and also at Leo's!

Wonderful return!

My fiancée and I came here after I had studied abroad 10 years ago in Florence. The apartment was in a perfect location to everything I wanted to show him! Perfect walk to the Duomo and the other side of the Arno! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Perfect location in Florence!

Nice, small apartment located within walking distance of everything we wanted in Florence. Great restaurants nearby, as well as all the tours we selected. Leo is a really good host and communicates well. Excellent choice!

Fantastic property

We stayed here for 3 nights. The property was exactly as advertised. Location is right in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything. The only complaint is that it says second floor but it is actually the 3rd floor. That was just my misunderstanding of their system. Would definitely stay there again and again!!

A centralized affordable & comfortable location near transportation and historical sites to visit.

Leonardo was a terrific host. His apartment is conveniently located to the train and public transportation permitting expedited means for visiting numerous memorable and historical sites with minimum efforts. His apartment was affordable, very clean and comfortable and allowed us to have a fantastic visit to Florence and many other locations that we had hoped to see. He was extremely accommodating and helpful before, during and after our stay, which was February 19 - 26, 2025. I would highly recommend Leonardo and his apartment for anyone looking for a memorable visit. Five star for us! Also, try the restaurant located at the end of the block from his apartment! Thank you, Leo!!

Amazing location and lovely flat!

Great property in the heart of Florence! Super charming flat just a walk away from all the excitement Florence has to offer! Leo was a great communicator, making our trip just that much more special!

Fantastic Stay

Traveling on my own, great place for a couple. 2 sets of stairs to climbe - not an issue, part of the charm. Clean, comfortable, A/C lots of considerate touches including guidebooks. Great and attentive host. Stay Here.

Bon appartement, pas très grand mais suffisant pour 2 et quelques jours. Bien situé et pratique ! Leonardo est arrangeant ! Seul bémol l’isolation phonique.. mais sinon super séjour !
