A luxury cozy nest of 30 square meters located 50 mts from Santa Croce Church and 5 minutes walk from Piazza della Signoria and Uffizi Museum.
We have started to list it at the end of May 2015.
Newly renovated with luxury and comfort in mind for our guests.
Perfect for a couple or single visitor.
Located on a first floor (Europen standard) with three large windows all looking at Santa Croce Church. The renovation has been made with the best materials and designed by the famous architect Studio of Dario Bonan in Florence.
Our windows have been changed in order to have a sound proof apartment, given the lively atmosphere of the area at night.

We provide high quality cotton linens and our towels are all in the best terry cloth cotton available.

The whole apartment has been renovated with made-to-measure furniture and accessories.
Such works have been executed by some of the best artisans in Florence, like all the wooden parts decorating our walls and the kitchen and bathroom parts. The shower has marble walls and floor coming from Carrara and crystal sliding doors.
The accessories like the sink and toilet are from Park Avenue brand, which is one of highest available in Italy.
All the shower and sink handles are of classic and high quality design.
In the living area we have two electrical hot points by Zanussi, which guests can use to warm up food.
We have a refrigerator also by Zanussi.
The apartment is cooled and heated by two Mitsubishi Electric units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.

the kitchen is provided with tools for basic cooking like pots and casseroles, all in small size proportioned to the apartment cooking and eating area. Not suggested for meals cooking.

Guests will find also water boiler for tea and Nespresso machine and capsules all included in the reservation price.
We like to welcome our guests with a red Tuscan wine which can be tasted with proper wine glasses.

The bathroom comes stocked with towels and a courtesy kit shower gel and shampoo.
