Dune it Right is a 1480 square foot home, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the shores of the Siuslaw river. You'll find spectacular views, from the living, kitchen, dining and master bedroom. In the winter watch the river flow by while listening to the crackle of a wood burning fireplace.

The living and dining area are one spacious great room, with access out to the expansive deck on the river side of the house. At low tide you can take walks on the sandy banks of the river, at high tide you can stand on the stairs and dip your toes or your fishing pole

The large river front deck has a regular table for dining with cushioned chairs (which is only out for summer), and a picnic table that is out for year round use.. 1 short mile on your bike to Old Town for shopping and dining. Just 3 miles to Heceta Beach, 4 miles to Oregon Dune National Recreation Area. You'll also find a dart board in the garage

The primary bedroom, has a king bed, a 32 inch TV, attached bathroom with shower and it's own door to the deck.

The other 2 bedrooms each have queen beds, and the main bathroom is between them. It is sunny and bright with a sky light and features a shower bathtub combo.

There is also additional sleeping on the full size futon in the living room
